Rejected BigKahunaChicken's Staff Application

Hi! My user is BigKahunaChicken. I spend most of my time in the server MCatlas a lot and sometimes I notice people are saying inappropriate words that dont suit young audiences, spamming, toxicity, and alot more. I want to make the server a nice place for anyone of any age. People have also greifed mine and others builds, I want to prevent this from happening aswell. I want to make the server a comfortable place for everyone to play with friends, and have a good time.
